Role Summary

We are looking for a senior Workday HCM Lead to own the IT leadership for organizational foundations—covering positions, job architecture, org structures, skills framework, and compensation foundations.

The SI leads the functional design sessions — this person leads the IT side, including integrations, structural data governance, and technical design.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent and lead the IT perspective in SI-led design workshops for positions, org management, job architecture, skills structure, and compensation foundations.
  • Own IT-side functional/technical decisions ensuring global alignment and scalability.
  • Lead integration design and governance for all organizational and foundational data flows across downstream systems.
  • Drive testing cycles, defect management, and architecture consistency across domains.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and SI teams on global design decisions and data standards.
  • Ensure long‑term scalability of organizational structures and foundational models.

 

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

  • 10+ years HR Tech / HRIS experience.
  • 5+ years' Workday experience with expertise in HCM foundations.
  • Proven experience leading Workday tracks in major implementations.
  • Deep understanding of org structures, job architecture, and compensation data dependencies.
  • Experience working within global, multi‑country environments.
  • English: fluent speaking & writing.

Nice to have:

  • Oracle HCM background.
  • Workday certifications.
